Shipping policy

STARK offers free standard delivery across Pakistan.

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer at checkout. Please make sure your name, phone number and delivery details are correct before placing your order.

Delivery time may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier operations and circumstances outside our control.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan. A Rs. 500 advance payment is required to confirm the order, and the remaining amount is paid through Cash on Delivery.

For exchanges, customers are responsible for all courier charges related to sending the item back to STARK and delivery of the replacement item.
